I have decided that between now and the time of our IVF I will attempt to lose about 10 pounds. When a person has PCOS losing a small amount of weight can sometimes help with the chances of becoming pregnant. Since I have done everything else under the sun in order for this to work, I might as well go all out. Now I realize that doing hormones while dieting and exercising is a bad idea I am giving people fair warning of my potential witchiness. Bry has me doing his karate workout and it is kicking my ass (and that's putting it lightly). Did you know that you have muscles on top of your shoulders? I sure as heck didn't til this week.

I hope that your weight loss goals are as successful as mine were. As soon as the pounds start to come off, you see that bfp!
