Today I had to start my stims and oh boy, was that fun. I didn't realize that the needle for my stimming meds was bigger than my needle for the Lupron. I was so very excited to discover that. I knew that the meds would sting, but that is putting it lightly. It felt like fire was being pushed into my arm. I thought it would sting and then go away, but it stung for a while after. The injection site bled and my poor husband felt terrible about the whole thing.
To top off the fun, I am on day 2 of a vicious migraine. I have only spent about 12 hours of the past two days out of bed. I am not sure if it is sinuses or these damn hormones, but either way it is miserable. Hopefully tomorrow the migraines will be gone.

Ouch, that does not sound pleasant at all. But just think about it this way, none of this will matter in February when you are holding your perfect baby(ies) and you won't even remember this.
The migranes are probably from the hormones, I was getting headaches just from Clomid.
Keeping you in my thoughts. What are the IVF success statistics? Fairly high I would imagine?
Best regards from NY!
