Another one bites the dust

I just found out today that one of the few remaining non-preggos in my buddy group is now pregnant. She got preggers on her first round of IVF/ICSI. As happy as I am for her (and I really have been hoping she would get pg this round) it always feels like a little sting when someone around you gets pregnant first. I can't help but think why I didn't work for me the first time? Why must it always be a little harder for some people? How come some people get it fairly easily? I know that I need to stay positive, keep my head up, look to the future, blah, blah, blah. It just sucks.
