I am wondering what happened to those days of sleeping in late on Saturdays and spending lazy days shopping or doing fun stuff. This was how our Saturday looked:
6:45 - Wake up hubby, push him out of bed to go coach Will's (our nephew) soccer game
8:15 - Wake up Genna (our niece) to get her ready to go to the game
8:30 - Leave for soccer
8:45 - 10:30 - Will's Soccer practice and game
11:00 - 12:30 - Take Genna to get her back-to-school outfit. You ladies know how important that outfit is, especially the first day of Middle school.
12:30-1:00 - Drive back to soccer
1:00 - 2:00 - Jordan's (our other nephew) Soccer practice
2:30 - 4:30 - Rushed home and got ready to go out for a friends birthday party. Unfortunately they called to cancel just as I finished blowing out my hair, picking an outfit and putting on 3 pounds of makeup.
So we finished out the day by getting some dinner, buying Brian new sneakers and then coming home to do laundry and get our work done (two workaholics these days). I swear there was a time where weekends were "our" time. We could do whatever the heck we wanted. I miss those days. :>)

Reading all that makes me tired! Hope that today was a little more calm.

Ummmmm....then why do you want a child? They are very time consuming?
