I went again this morning for another scan and blood draw. When the ultrasound tech got started she took one look at the screen and said "wow, those are some big ovaries." So, I guess I have an explanation for all of the abdominal discomfort. All of my follicles have filled with fluid, so they look like huge black blobs on the ultrasound. They are just having me drink plenty of fluids to keep it from getting worse.
My estradiol was fine at 430. My progesterone was quite low, only 11.8. They want it over 30 so they now have me doing 2 progesterone vaginal suppositories a day and 2cc of PIO. Hopefully that will beef it up a little. They also commented on how nicely my uterine lining was "converting." They gave me this string of letter that I have no clue what they mean. The ultrasound tech and nurse both commented on it, so I am hoping that it is some form of sticky lining. :>) My lining measurement was at 8mm.
Now the wait continues. A little over a week to go, and counting...
