Tomorrow will be my first pregnancy ultrasound. I am 5 weeks today so there will probably be very little to see. I am hoping that they can find the gestational sac & yolk sac. With my first pregnancy all we saw at 6w2d was a gestational sac. Since everything has been going much smoother this time, I am praying that we have the same experience with the ultrasounds. I really can't wait til next week when we have a shot at the heartbeat!
