A lot of women I have talked to in the past few weeks have talked about how one day they woke up and their morning sickness was essentially gone. One woman said 14 weeks and another said 16 weeks. Sitting here at 9 weeks I wonder when the heck I will get a reprieve. I am praying that I am one of the lucky ones who loses their m/s at the beginning of the 2nd trimester, which is Christmas day. What a great gift that would be. Wishful thinking anyway...

That's so funny that you blogged about this - I was just thinking how happy I was for you that you get to be pregnant for Christmas... What a truly wonderful gift indeed! Hope your morning sickness is a distant memory come Christmas morning! :-)
I hope the m/s takes off for christmas day too. Did you put it on your list for Santa?? I still get a bit nervous that mine left at only 8wks, shouldn't it last longer than this? Of course, I've only got one cooking in there, so perhaps that's why. Oh well, nothing I can do about it and hopefully it isn't a forewarning of anything bad.
I hope that Santa leaves you a wonderful present on Christmas day and you start feeling better. Being so sick stinks and is so incredibly exhausting. ((hugs))
