Moving and Shaking

In the past couple of weeks my little twinkies have gone from the occassional wiggle and squirm to very regular dance sessions. I think the two of them like to practice ballet in the morning, between 10 and 11. Then on to tap in the afternoon. They finish out their day with some break dancing in the late evening. In the middle of the night they practice their gymnastics. It is amazing how patterned the movement is. It is at almost the same time every day. They are very scheduled like their momma.

Last night I was laying watching TV and I could actually see them moving. Every once in a while I would see a poke or a jab from the inside. They like to play the quiet game whenever anyone tried to feel them move, but Brian has been able to feel them a few times. It is a very cool feeling having them in there. :>)

It is SO cool to feel and see them moving around. I remember laying in bed at night watching Katie do her kung fu! Cris always thought it was freaky. That is one of the few things about being pg that I miss. Make sure to get it on video if you can!

I remember my daughter had a pattern too. I agree with Mandy, it's definitely one of the things I miss about being pregnant. Enjoy this time!

Getting kicked and seeing my abdomen move around was the best part of pregnancy. Actually, it was the only part I really liked, but it was so cool. I kind of miss it.

Sounds like it's time to start saving for dance lessons. How fun! I actually felt a knee sliding along the front of the uterus last night - very cool! I just adore watching the belly move. Sometimes I wish it wasn't happening so much at 2am, but what can you do.

About this blog

Over 8 years we have struggled through 3 IUI's, 6 rounds of IVF, several RE's, hundreds of appointments and the loss of three little angels. Now we find ourselves the proud parents of two perfect little girls and a wonderful little boy!!

Both of our girls struggle with some disabilities but that won't keep us down. Each day has it's own brand of insanity but we love it. Most days I am more monkey wrangler than mother but I do the best I can. Todays goal - getting to tomorrow.
