I had a couple of follow up appointments today. This morning I had to do my Glucose Tolerance Test. I fasted (as per my docs instructions) so I woke up hungry after going more than 4 hours without eating. I drove to the lab and had to wait almost 45 minutes to get started. Then I had to drink the yucky orange drink and wait an hour. The tech drew my blood and I had a little time to go home and eat before appointment number 2.
At two Brian and I had to be at the hospital for an ultrasound and an appointment with the perinatologist. We were a little nervous because we knew that this was an important appointment to see how Abby's ventricle was doing. To our absolute relief her ventriculomegaly went from 11.8mm four weeks ago to 10.8mm today!!!! We were ecstatic to hear that. Gracie is still our one kidney baby, but no worries on that front. Both girls are weighing in at 1lb 13oz. That is on target but not huge. Gracie is transverse across my belly with her head on the right side. Abby is now breech with her hynie down low and her head resting right on Grace's. It is so cute seeing them sitting with their little heads together. Everything else looked perfect!
We got a couple pics but no good ones today. The girls weren't really feeling like posing for the camera after the fun of the glucose rush from the morning. :>)

Such GREAT news on Abby's ventricle!!! I hope you continue to get nothing but good news from here on out!
my baby was found to have a left and right ventricle size around 10.5 mm. We are very stressed about it. Could you say what your doctor told you when it reached 10.8 mm?
Thanks
