Thanks girls. Today has been a little better. My fever is down and the redness has gotten a little better. It still hurts like hell and my boob is still rock hard. I am going to keep pumping today and use warm compresses to see if that does the trick. I think I might be able to avoid the hospital though, thank goodness!
I have to officially thank my Mom, Brian and Genna. Brian has done all the night feedings since I got sick so I could rest. Then last night I stayed at my Mom's house so he could sleep too. My Mom and Genna did the whole night and I got to sleep all night (just got up to pump). How awesome is that. I am very lucky to have them to help.

Your are right to keep pumping and nursing to get those ducts cleared up, there's no better way to do it. You know your milks in now! Keep nursing those babies and you won't have to use formula anymore if you don't want to.

Any improvement? Did the doc say you can nurse the girls again directly? How is your supply?
