One of the most valuable things that I did for myself and my girls was creating a "Baby Log" for keeping track of who does what during the day. I know you can buy them but the ones I saw were not specific enough for my needs. So instead I bought colorful paper, a nice folder, opened up Excel and got to work. I created a wonderful log that made my life liveable for the first several weeks. When Grace was home and Abby was in the hospital we were shuffling her care. My Mom would be here, then Bry, then me. By using the log you would always know when she ate, pooped, peed, had a bath, etc. Then when Abby got home it helped us track wet diapers, who ate when and all the rest of their activities. The strange thing is that I still use it. I have gotten so used to keeping the log that I cannot stop. I guess that is the OCD in me. :>)
I used to have spaces for breast feeding and pumping, but those are no longer necessary. Here is a sample. Obviously the excel version is much better spaced and much prettier! On each sheet is info for both babies. If you are having twins (or even if you are having a singleton and are OCD like me) I highly suggest keeping a log.

Our log went out the window about 3 days after Katie came home! In my sleep deprived state, I kept forgetting to write stuff down and discovered it was easier to just not do it.
But with twins I can see how it's important -- especially when you've got people helping you. How many pages do you have saved? ;)
Mandy - I had all the pages since they were born until about 3 days ago. I saved some for the baby books and recycled the rest. I had a strangely hard time tossing them. :>)
