When I was in the pediatricians office this week two people asked me this question (and it is one that I am asked often) - How do you do it with two. My gut reaction is always to say - Just like you do, only I do it twice. I feel like no matter how I answer I will seem like a jerk. Should I say, well I am just better organized than you or well, I just do it, duh!
What I want to say is when you are tired and you FINALLY get your baby to bed, I get started on number two. When you get done bathing your child who has splashed, drank the water and eaten soap, I get to refill the tub and start over. When you have a fussy baby who you need to settle, I have two. When you get finished feeding your little crankster who has puked or drooled most of it all over you and then. I am getting started on number two. The amount of laundry, bottle making, diaper changing, song singing, car seat loading, floor playing you do... I have double. :>)
I guess the answer is that I do what a normal parent does, I just get to do it all twice.

You have my respect. Most days I struggled to do it all one time. I can't imagine having to do it all twice.
