Another Week Begins

As another week begins I thought I might give a quick update on the girls goings-on... not that we have too much to report.

Grace - We stopped swaddling Gracie as of yesterday. She just gets herself unswaddled so we switched to blanket sleepers. Hopefully the little chimp will calm down with all her rolling around at night. She has been doing a heck of a lot of night wakings lately. She is also finally gaining some decent weight. I think she might even be over 16lbs now. She is even filling out her 6 month clothes.

Abby - We are still swaddling the smaller chimp. :>) She isn't rolling and seems to still love being all bundled. This Friday we meet the pediatric ophthalmologist at CHOP. They will most likely be fitting for glasses. I know she needs the glasses but I am dreading the fighting we are going to do with her to keep them on. Usually in babies this small they only wear them for a few hours a day. I will probably put them on for the times that we are out of the house so she is distracted and hopefully not peeling her glasses off. Maybe... we'll see.

Other than that things are going okay. We are getting some sleep although still not a ton. Gracie wakes a lot at night and then Abs wants to get up early. It is exhausting but we get by.
