Well, we have another allergy. We found out today (the hard way) that Abby is not only allergic to milk but also to eggs. Her lunch of scrambled egg yolks turned into hives, swelling, itching and not so much fun. We spent the late afternoon at Whole Foods trying to figure out what this kid can safely eat.

That stinks! Poor Abs.
Hey
I also have a egg allergy and have had it since about Abby's age. I was born in Australia and it never seem to be a problem there as long as i stayed away from eggs. I have since moved to the USA, the last 6 yrs have been more of a challenge for me here as egg is used in everything as a filler and binder. Incase you didnt know egg has different names on the back of packages. A new law says they have to mark things are just "egg" but it doesnt seem to happen. Lethicin is a HUGE one, if you look its in alot of things. Soy lethicin is fine. Also get your hands on some egg replacer for baked goods. Its hard to bake with, i still am learning to do so, as it seems to make things oily, but it has been my life saver.
Please feel free to email me, i will try to answer any questions i can for you. :)
