I posted not too long ago about my OCD tendancy to list, log and blog. I spend most of my days chained to my various lists. One of the lists that has plagued me for the past 10 months is the girls log. I have kept track of the girls feedings, bottles, medicines, baths, etc. since they were born. I have slowly weened back from keeping track of everything (used to monitor diaper changes, naps, etc.). It has kept me organized and helps when Bry does a feeding or I leave the girls with my Mom or something. I like knowing what their schedule is. Well, last week I decided it was time to try giving it up. The girls no long eat every 4 hours, instead they eat at the same times each day.
I thought I would do a test run last week and see how I did. Well, I am happy to say that after Fridays test run I officially retired the log. It was such a freeing feeling. No more being bound to my folder and my papers. So now I am down to something more like 6 lists a day to deal with, instead of 7. ;>)

Good for you for giving up the log. I stopped doing Katie's about about 5 days home from the hospital. Sheer exhaustion made it nearly impossible to remember to write stuff down at the time and my brain was too fried to remember anything.
Hopefully having one less thing to stress over will ease your load considerably!
