So before Abby's eyes were fixed I know I bitched and moaned because people made comments about her looking "not right" or retarded. It used to piss me off beyond belief but I was so happy that once her eyes were fixed people stopped making those particular stupid comments (we still get our fair share). Today I was at Walmart with my Mom and my Mom was pushing the stroller so I could shop. Some idiot woman comes up to the stroller and looks at the girls. Instead of saying something nice or asking the usual stupid twin question she looks at my Mom, points to Abby and says "does that kid have pink eye?" Fortunately I wasn't there cause I would have been a lot ruder but my Mom said (and I was very proud of her for her rudeness :>) ) "no, the poor dear just had major muscle surgery on her eyes", rolled her eyes and walked off in a huff. I am not sure which is more rude, what she said or the fact that she was so damn nosey.
