We had the pediatrician this morning for the girls 15 month check up. All in all it went fairly well. I have been very frustrated with our pedi office in general. At their 12 month visit the doc basically called me an uninformed idiot for choosing to separate their vaccines. The doc we saw today (who is my favorite) was SO MUCH NICER about spreading out the shots. She basically agreed that with all of Abby's issues that it is probably best to do them separated. I also got the prescriptions to do the MMR each separately.
The girls got two vaccines and Gracie got the flu shot (Abs can't have it because of her egg allergy). Gracie is doing okay in growth, 20lbs8 ounces and 30 1/2 inches. Abby has fallen off the growth chart (18lbs and 29") and now needs to see a nutritionist. Her head size is also now at the 90th percentile so we have to get back to the neurologist. Hopefully it is not due to a fluid increase. We are not seeing and changes in her PT so it is not terribly likely from fluid. I am praying they don't need to do another CT or MRI.
PT went well this morning. Yemi is pleased with Abby's progress so far. She isn't doing anything new so we are focusing on her balance and tone issues. We are looking into hopefully getting her a walker to help get her on her feet. We may be able to get this kid up and walking by 2!
