I mentioned a short while back that we had begun the house hunting process. Not sure how recently I have updated this story but we have found a house we like (townhouse to be exact). It is 3br 1.5 bath, has a living room, family room, dining room and eat in kitchen plus all the bedrooms are bigger. Compare this with our 2br 1.5 bath with only family room and dining area. It is in my parents neighborhood and it a GREAT deal. It needs some work but nothing too huge. We have done A LOT of homework and stuff to prepare but we are ready to make an offer tomorrow.
