We went to our realty office last night and the papers are signed. We had to complete a whole new contract since there were so many addendum's to the old one. Everything is signed and the contract is back under attorney review. We should initial everything on Monday making the contract finalized. All of the heirs to the estate have signed off on the sale of the house so hopefully next Friday their lawyer can get the judge to clear the title for sale. Once that is done we just have to wait for closing!
