At almost two years old the girls are finally forward facing in their carseats. We have the Britax Marathons and they can go rear facing until the kiddos are 30 lbs. Obviously we are nowhere near 30 lbs yet. We wanted to do what is safest for our girls so we did some looking. As we get closer to the butt to shoulder height max we decided it was time. The girls are loving it. Who knew looking out the front window could be so darned exciting!

I think it's much easier to entertain them when they're forward facing too. And easier to hand them stuff!
