What would the holidays be without the insanity of preparation. Cookies, wrapping, buying, planning, cooking, etc. Then on top of it this is my last week of teaching until January. I do have to spend the "off time" prepping my courses but I'm not teaching at that point. It seems like just when you think you have it all cooked, bought, wrapped, graded and ready about ten new things fall in your lap. I'd like to say that I wish it would all slow down and be DONE but then it just wouldn't feel like Christmas.
