Instead of opting for the year-in-review post I thought I would do a looking ahead post. The past couple of days with sick kids has given me a lot of time sitting around (doing absolutely nothing being bored to tears) so I have been doing some thinking about this year to come. Here are some of the thoughts mulling around in my brain for what this year may hold in store for us.
- The girls probably starting pre-school in September.
- No longer being in Early Intervention (they age out in June).
- Trying for another baby???
- Finally getting back to the neurogeneticist to talk about some of what the future holds for Abby.
- A new niece for us and cousin for the girls.
- Another great baseball season (fingers crossed).
- Better speech, motor and sensory abilities for our girls.
- Potty training (fun, fun, fun!)
- And so much more fun (and hard work) to come.

My name is Ness. I have a blog at www.dachshundstrong.blogspot.com I have been following your blog since before the twins were born and I have just watching the bouncing video with tears in my eyes. I read of their struggles but to me they were just 2 little girls having the time of their lives bouncing in that bouncing toy and I was so proud of them. You and your husband have been phenomenal parents to them and I keep you all in my daily prayers. Thanks for having this blog and sharing your family with us. It is the highlight of my day to see what Coco and Gigi are up to.
Ness - You are so very kind. You brought tears to my eyes with what you said. We face our share of struggles but they pale in comparison to what others deal with. We know how lucky we are. I feel so blessed to know so many people are out there pulling for my kids and finding joy in them. They are joyful little creatures. :D
