Lately I feel like my I pod has been a little bored. The same old same old is boring us both. I thought I might try posting what i've been listening to and what I like in hopes of some great new music suggestions.
My favorite type of music is Indy rock. I love The Shins, Silversun Pickups, The Killers and stuff like that. I listen to folksy stuff and some "chick" music. In my I Pod I've got everything from old school rap to a tiny bit of bubble gummy pop. Those wouldn't classify as my favorites, but everyone needs variety. :D
What I've been listening to is lots of Colbie Callait, The Killers, Linkin Park and The Laurie Berkner Band (:D).
I'd love to hear what's in all of your playlists this week.

Patty Griffin is usually in high rotation. "Don't come easy" is our infertility song. Google the lyrics: I am sure you lived this song too. I *just* made a new playlist today: "Pure" by lightening seeds is such a good "in love" song. "Ocean Drive" by british band Lighthouse Family is a perfect song to listen to when you need to inject a little hope into life. "Both Sides Now" by Joni Mitchell. "Advice for the young at heart" by Tears for Fears reminds me to settle down and appreciate. The rest of the playlist is a crazy mix of Prince, U2, Portishead, Trashcan Sinatra, Train, Squeeze, Soup Dragons, The Killers, James, Dido, Black 47 , david gray and s much more! My taste is reeeeeaaaly eclectic!
Most days it is Michael Buble, Colbie Caillet, Train, Howie Day, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Norah Jones, with some country thrown in there. :o)
