We can add to our week a sick visit today as Gracie has another ear infection. Our trusty home ear monitor seems to have caught it before another perforation. Also it looks like we will need to start over with the braces. The orthotist called today and our copay would be $594 for the braces. We would have to meet our yearly deductible of $500 for Abby then pay 25%. I am praying that we either find an orthotist in Brian's hospitals network or we are going to have to go with a less expensive, but inferior brace for her. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you find an in-network solution. All this health care talk in the country...when what REALLY needs to be reformed is insurance. (in my opinion)
Not to kick you when you are down, but I just had a panic attack when i realized the prospect of potty training twins is on the horizon. It seems like with twins, there is NEVER a break.
I promised myself not to even think about PTing until spring. :D I think I just had to give myself permission to not rush it with so much on our plates.
I like your plan! I'll do you one up: I think i may wait till summer. That way, I can copy what you do! It IS a bit daunting, no? And why do I have a feeling that one will embrace it and the other won't. Thus nulling and voiding other "relief" of having one down....
There is no doubt in my mind that it will work out where one gets the hang of it quickly and the other is a complete PITA. Somehow I have this underlying feeling the "successful" one isn't going to be the one I think it is.
