I was lucky enough recently to try some free products from the company Mabel's Labels. (They have a great program called buzzmamas where you get to try products and share what you find.) I have seen their products advertised in some of the parenting magazines. They sell many different kinds of labels but I have always wanted to try the permanent sticky labels that are dishwasher safe, sun and rain proof, etc. The idea (at least for me) is when we leave our sports equipment, water bottles, bags, etc. on the field we have a greater chance at getting it back. So far I am loving the labels. I am anxious to try other products but highly recommend trying the sticky labels.

I use Mabels labels for all my kids too - max is in preschool, Cici is in her special school and Penny's stuff is all over. So far, the labels have held up on all kinds of medical equipment - feeding pumps, g-tube ports, etc, and also on the sippy cups for the other kids! Not to mention the clothing labels - I love them and get so many compliments on them.
