Great movie

With the weather in NJ being in the 100's (you read correctly... the 100's!!!) we decided that it was even a little hot to be at the pool today. Brian came up with the idea of taking the girls to see Despicable Me. Our first movie a couple weeks back (Toy Story III) was a success. Not a smashing success but also not terrible. We figured we would give a non-3D movie a go and see how they do. We found a 12:45 showing and set off.

Overall they did really good. They did a little more talking and moving than I would like but fortunately fewer people had the same idea as we did than I anticipated. The movie was adorable (Steve Carrell was hysterical in this "role"). The girls thought it was a hoot. In fact there were several instances of very loud giggling and shrieking. :D For those with little ones I highly recommend it. It was short (an hour and 35 minutes) and very entertaining. It was also fairly loud which helped drown out the noise of the girls. :D
