Today is surgery day. We have to be at the hospital at 7 in the morning and ready to go. So it looks like we'll all be up by 5am (last time she can drink juice) and out the door at 6. We are all nervous. Surgery is scary enough but with a kid who doesn't handle new environments, noises, smells, people, etc. at all we are especially nervous. I am praying that they give her Versed almost immediately to calm her. Putting an IVF in Grace with no meds could prove to be a fatal flaw for some poor nurse.
