My favorite moments in life are those little ones where out of nowhere you brim with joy. Your eyes tear up in a single second. Like out of nowhere nothing else in the world matters. And I don't mean the big moments... new babies, weddings, birthdays. I mean the little moments. The ones when your child looks at you and says "I love you Mommy" for no reason. Or when you are watching them play at the park and they look so endlessly happy that you can't feel anything but joy. The long walks on a gorgeous night where it seems like it will never end. When your teenager looks at you and smiles instead of snarls. Those are the moments that make life so sweet. Sometimes it feels like it has been a while without one and then BAM out of nowhere you find yourself with goosebumps and teary eyes. Life is funny that way.
