Abby fell off a slide today. It wasn't her little fall it was a BIG FALL head first that crunched her neck. I kept her down for a minute to make sure she didn't hurt anything. She twisted on the slide and went right over the edge. She fell about 7 or 8 feet. I was completely and utterly amazed when she got up, brushed herself off and ran back to the slide. The kid is unstoppable.
She might be slicing years off my life with the fear it causes me every time she falls but she is rapidly becoming fearless.

My sister did that once too. I remember how fast my mom flew across the playground.
These kids certainly do keep our lives exciting, don't they?
