Yesterday it came to an end. The Phillies, on paper, should have gone all the way. Vegas has the Phils to win the Series since the beginning of the season. Yet, they came up short. Baseball is a funny game. There is obviously skill and athleticism but their is also chance and happenstance. It's why I love it most days and why I hate it others. It was a good season. Should have been a great season but they can't all be 2008. See you next year Phils!
