The surgeon appointment went well this am (had to get up at 6 am to be there... yuck!). The x rays looked good and the bone is starting to thread with my own bone. The best news is that he took off my cast and removed my stitches. The bad part is that once they took the cast off it hurt like heck. So for now I am back on pain meds until the swelling and pain go down a little. Then it's on the therapy!
