We had a wonderful Christmas... a happy, content, wear you out kind of Christmas. It was exhausting and wonderful and so much fun. The girls got everything on their wish list and the best part is that they were so appreciative and so thankful. It warmed my heart.
I am not the type to ask for much on Christmas. I don't want for much so why make a list. :D
My Christmas was amazing. My wonderful husband bought "me" a goat and two chickens to be donated to a family who needs them (through World Vision). My mother and father-in-law bought me the GPS I SO needed (so sick of getting lost!). My brother in law bought me the most beautiful quilt I have ever seen in my life. My Mom blew my mind and got me the Keurig coffee machine I have been drooling over for months. I felt so humbled by everyone's generosity and spirit. It wasn't the "things" it was the thought. It rang so loudly in my ears that I wanted to cry. These people love me so much that they wanted to spoil me. It warmed my heart more than I can say.
The Christmas season is winding down but it was a good one. My hand may have been a little issue through some of it but it was one of the most wonderful Christmases I remember in a very long time.
