I went for beta #3 today and spent from 9am this morning until 1:45 this afternoon slightly on pins and needles. The slow doubling time was in the back of my mind even though I knew this was normal for me. I swear I was preparing myself for the nurse to call and tell me my beta had dropped. (I got to stop being such a fatalist.)
Well, I was dead wrong. Here are todays numbers:
Beta - 991 (doubling time of 42 HOURS!!!!!! Normal is 48 to 72 hours so lima bean and I are doing great)
Progesterone - 39.2
E2 - 348
I have to do ONE MORE beta on Wednesday and then I should be able to schedule my ultrasound. I was hoping this would be the last beta but one more...

BTW - I cannot recall -- did you tell us how many you planned to transfer? 1 or 2? Sigh. I think my memory is going.
