Missing

I realize I have been missing lately. I like to blog daily... I guess writing is my catharsis. Lately I have found myself uninspired to write and downright exhausted. Work has been NUTS. Some semesters are a breeze. The students are easy to deal with and highly self-motivated. Then other semester, like this one, are just the opposite. Students are needy and not very motivated. Instead of looking for (easy to find information) on our site, they ask me every five minutes. I don't usually mind but this semester has been one of the most time intensive I have ever taught. Combine this with the rest of my life being nuts and time is short around here.

The girls have been doing well, although also needy. Abby has had some regressions lately. Both her fine and gross motor has taken a backslide and her sensory system is a mess. We are looking into private OT to help bolster some of the skills she is not "getting". She entered this weekend unbruised and is leaving it with a black eye, an egg on her forehead, both of her hands scraped up and a huge red mark on her nose. I think school might be giving me a call since she looks so beaten up. ;D

Grace has been a whiney mess. Not sure what is going on with her but she's been super clingy and not her usual cooperative self. I am hoping it is adjustment to a lot of impending changes but I guess we'll see.

Then of course, the pregnancy. It is going well but frankly I hate being pregnant. :D I will be posting that whine-fest soon. :D
