Today I had my first NST and an OB visit. There was a little bit of good news and a little bit of not so great news. I'll start with the good.
The NST went very well. Baby moved and squirmed. His heartbeat went up like it was supposed to. We had to wake him up once but he cooperated a lot better than his sisters did at this point. The doc was also not overly concerned with his small size. She felt that falling from the 22nd percentile to the 12th was not all that significant.
The not so good part was my BP. I didn't have a ton of trouble with my BP with the girls but it is on the rise. Because of this I am now on weekly OB/NST visits. I will also do the 24 hour urine collection (fun, right?) and blood work next week. The doc explained that if I develop even mild pre-eclampsia they will schedule the c-section for 37 weeks instead of 39. That is only TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AWAY! The other part of that problem is his small size. The longer he's in the more he can grow. Being born two weeks sooner means up to a pound less. Since I am hoping/praying/begging for no NICU this time around it might be tough.
So for now I keep taking my BP at home and try to stay as relaxed as possible. Haha. Not so easy with a life to lead. :D

Praying against that high BP! That's why I had to be induced at 38 weeks. Not fun! Glad everything else looked good!
Yeah, keeping your BP down is SO easy. Good luck!
Sending good thoughts that all the stats stay in range and the kid stays in the oven. -K
I had high BP too, but it didn't get crazy until I had them...which turned into pre-e. Take care of yourself!! <3
