Just a quick update... Jack is back to nursing and doing great wih it. Milk isn't in yet but he is getting enough callostrum to satiate him!
The echo was done this afternoon and it was good. The cardiologist thinks he is experiencing an immature nervous system perfusion (I think that's what she said ;D). It is just an anomaly that causes the extremities to turn blue or purple.
They are running a lower level ultrasound and an EKG to be thorough. If he passes those he will be back with us so fingers crossed!!!

My niece had this same issue when she was born 9 months ago. One of her legs would turn blue when you held her a certain way. It stopped within a few weeks, as she grew older. It was really freaky, though, when it happened while holding her though!
Congrats! He's a cutie!
Mason's arms did that occasionally during the first week. Praying that's all it is and that you get him back soon. He's absolutely adorable, congrats! :-)
